ABOUT US
Grilled Cheese Motorworks (GCM) is a dream realized. Serving as a marine instilled a desire to perfect my craft as a fighter jet mechanic. After returning home, these skills led to work in the automotive industry, heavy equipment fabrication and manufacturing automation. Twenty years of diverse experience has afforded me the knowledge and capability to start a small business. Why Grilled Cheese Motorworks? Why not, I love grilled cheese! And you just may be offered one from time to time at the shop. Other things you will find at GCM include attention to detail, a desire to source quality parts for a logical price, an exceptional work ethic and authenticity. At GCM you will speak directly with me, Sam the owner mechanic, or my better half Nicole. Never an automated call service.
